The never ending stand off
In this journey called life the least we could do, is to pretend that we care about understanding the male species. Maybe if I started at the beginning this would make more sense neh?!
I was having a conversation with one of my FB buddies, trying to find inspiration for one of the many competitions I work on. It involved the usual rambling about the day and how growing up sucks and so forth. Then we got to chatting about the pre-conceived notions we have about men and women. I was going on about how I just don’t understand the male species and as expected he felt the same. So then we got into this gigantic debate about what is confusing about our respective genders.
So then the conversation took an epic turn for the worst. At this point I was confused about what we were debating or agreeing on. Now my best friend and I were having another debate on twitter. This topic was more confusing than the one on Face book. She doesn’t understand how a girl/woman could be bad in bed. Now my point here was that anyone can be bad at it. I mean having sex comes naturally but being great at it, is about being skillful. I mean I can imagine that she mustn’t just lay there and act like road kill. * laughing so hard right now* Okay but seriously though how do you measure how bad a girl is in bed?
Because I’m a woman I can tell you off hand how to judge a bad lay from the female perspective. Although we all differ in tastes and how much we like get our dose of Vitamin D. On thing does remain though; this is something as too big and too small! So basically I’m right back where I began, well sort of. I really do want an answer to this leg of the never end story of women and men. I ask my FB buddy and he could give me a straight answer. Asked another guy friend of mine but his description was a bit wacked. Then I got told the only way to figure this out, is if I was a guy. I mean like seriously know, if I was damn man I wouldn’t be asking.
It also got me thinking if there are enough people out there, that know they are bad in bed. I mean you wouldn’t let the janitor service your car, but you trust the technician at the garage because he is an expert. Right?! Well if that is the theory ;why are so many people walking around with false truths and priding themselves in being great at that skill. Because being labelled the giver of the greatest sex comes with having that skill or talent. hehehehehe * Oh what a life!!!*
Until I can find someone out there to be my knight in shining armour and answer all the questions I have about guys. I’ll keep on living life as a woman and hope that in my next life as a man I’ll know better.
